A Symposia take place in the main session rooms with a capacity of 400-600 seats. There is a maximum of 3 sessions parallel in the A symposium slot.
The rate includes:
- 60-minute slot, allocated in a premium time slot
- Simultaneous translation service at a bilingual conference
- Space for two roll-up banners
- Digital promotion
B SYMPOSIUM
€ 28,500
B Symposia take place in the main session rooms with a capacity of 200-400 seats.
The rate includes:
- 60-minute slot
- Space for one roll-up banner
- Digital promotion
C SYMPOSIUM
€ 11,500
C Symposia take place in the session rooms with a capacity of 80-100 seats.
The rate includes:
- 60-minute slot
- Space for one roll-up banner

NEWTECH SYMPOSIA

An opportunity to present your newest technologies in a shared industry symposia.
- Presentation in the EWMA Arena (exhibition area)
- 15 min. presentation

HANDS-ON WORKSHOPS

In a satellite workshop, you can give participants a hands-on experience with your product. The room size, set-up, and access hours (including set-up and dismantling) are subject to availability.
The rate includes:
- 1 hour workshop
