Entitlements
The EWMA 2027 registration fee includes admission to the full conference programme, access to abstracts via the conference app, free public transportation tickets for the duration of the congress, a certificate of attendance, and all designated continuing education certificates.

Hotel Booking
Codan Consulting has been appointed as the official hotel accommodation agent for the conference on 26-28 May 2027 in Helsinki, Finland, and will handle all related arrangements. Hotel rooms of various categories at reduced rates will be available for all participants.

Visa & Invitation
Visas should be applied for well in advance of your intended departure date. Please note that while we wish to assist our participants by providing the visa invitation letter, we do not contact the Embassy or Consulate on behalf of participants, and we are not in a position to influence Embassy / Consulate procedures or decisions.
You can request an official invitation letter via the online registration tool once you have registered for the conference. The letter will only be issued to registered participants who have paid their registration fee in full. Please note that the letter aims to assist participants who need to obtain a visa, or permission to attend the conference, and is not an official invitation letter covering fees or any other expenses.

CME Credits
The EWMA Conference is accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®) each year.
