In addition to the floor space, you can purchase a shell scheme package.
Standpackage EWMA 1 includes:
- Execution: Row, corner or head stand from 9 to 36 m²
- Overall Height: 2.50 m high lacquered aluminium structure
- Wall System: white, Kanya
- Electrical Installation: Alternating current connection, 230 V up to 3 kW and triple socket included*
- Fascia: Lattice truss with white all-round fascia on each open side, height approx. 30 cm, including vinyl lettering (25 letters per open side***)
- Fine-ripped carpet, choice of 6 colours**
- Lighting: Spots on outer truss (10 W LED spot, 1 spot per 3 m²)
- Electrical switchboard includes 1 socket 220V. (Power supply included)
- Evening stand cleaning
- Furniture & Equipment: 1 x wastepaper bin & 1 x coat rack

Standpackage EWMA 2 includes:

Standpackage EWMA 3 includes:
- Execution: Row, corner or head stand, from 9 m²
- Overall height: 2.50 meters; Towers 3.50 m
- Wall system: BeMatrix system and Wall cladding,
2 towers on the open sides, above company name as black foil plotter 25 letters.*** Textile printing available on request. - Electrical Installation: Alternating current connection, 230 V up to 3 kW included.*
- Carpet: Velour carpet, choice of 4 colours**.
- Lighting: 1 LED-spot per 3 m² on rear wall 1 LED-spot per tower.
- 3x evening stand cleaning
- Furniture & Equipment:

Standpackage EWMA 4 includes:

- Wall system: Stand walls to neighboring stands incl. supporting walls, full-surface textile printing (according to exhibitor’s print template), no visible stand construction system, lateral wall panel 2,50 x 0,30 m (HxW) incl. 25 foil letters***, black.
- Electrical Installation: Alternating current connection, 230 V up to 3 kW included.
- Carpet: Fine-ripped carpet, choice of 6 colours**
- Lighting: 1 LED-spot per 3 m²
- 3x evening stand cleaning
- Furniture & Equipment:

*Three-phase connections with higher power ratings can be booked separately. The included connection will not be credited.

Approval of stand design
Exhibitors with a Shell scheme package do not need to have their stand design approved, unless:
- Items on the stand are higher than 3 meters

After receiving the EWMA stand approval, all exhibitors must send their stand design and technical documentation to Messe Bremen for final approval.

Approval of stand construction and design
All stands that exceed the standard height of 3 meters, stand structures with truss constructions, special structures or special constructions (e.g. closed stand ceilings, walkways, stage areas, auditoriums, etc.), two-storey stand structures, and structures in the outdoor area are subject to approval.
Stand approval procedure
Exhibitors who have booked a space only stand must send stand construction and design for approval.
- Apply for stand design approval via the Messe Bremen Webshop.
- Messe Bremen replies direct to the exhibition with comments or confirmation to the stand design.
Please note: In case a stand construction and design has not been approved by Messe Bremen prior to the conference, the exhibiting company will not be allowed access for build-up.
