EWMA-GNEAUPP 2025
EWMA asks your company for support for a number of unrestricted educational grants for participation at the EWMA-GNEAUPP 2025 March 26-28, 2025.
HOW IT WORKS
- The company provides EWMA with a number of grants for HCP’s.
- The company provides EWMA with a list of categories to be used for HCP selection:
– Country or region in a country;
– University, hospital, or clinic. - EWMA will provide the company with a full list of participants after the conference.
- EWMA will select the grant receivers who match the criteria agreed between the sponsor and EWMA .
COST PER GRANT
Registration fee incl. VAT 490€
- Hotel package 3 days incl. VAT 800€
- Flight incl. VAT 500€
- Administration fee 30€
! No fee for more than 50 grants
The educational grant can be made for:
- registration only
- registration, travel, and accommodation
NOTES
Hotel: 3 to 4-star hotels
Flight: Arrival and departure date correspond with the conference.
No taxi or catering are included in the grant.
HANDLING
The EWMA secretariat administrates the grant.
EWMA will handle all aspects of the application process with the grant receiver on:
- how to register,
- travel reimbursement,
- accommodation directly with the applicant.
Please note, the grant will be organized as one central grant with one contact point at the company.
