Please note: The CCIB offers in exclusivity these services: electricity, security, water supply, rigging and Food & Beverage service.

Deadline:
- For the best pricing, place your order by 26 February 2025.
- The prices for the services requested after this date will increase by 20% of the rates stated in the order form (on the webshop).
- Deadline for ordering services: 6 March 2025. After this date, some services may no longer be available.
- The webshop will no longer be available after 17 March 2025.

Requested services will not be considered final until payment has been made.
If you have any questions regarding services not described in the technical manual, they must be confirmed with the CCIB by the exhibitor at least 2 months before the start of the event at stands@ccib.es.
