The EWMA Diabetic Foot Committee invites you to participate in a Europe-wide survey mapping the current state of diabetic foot care.

The survey will take approximately 20-25 minutes to complete.

Your contribution will help identify gaps, document best practices, and connect healthcare professionals dedicated to diabetic foot prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation. It focuses on the organisational and technical aspects of care to build a clear picture of diabetic foot care provision across Europe.

Together, we can improve care standards and create a stronger professional network. This first survey will be followed by additional questionnaires focusing on the clinical aspects of diabetic foot management, helping to evaluate guideline implementation and guide targeted improvements.
