The Journal of Wound Management is pleased to announce a Special Issue on Atypical Wounds, scheduled for publication in July 2027 and guest edited by Kirsi Isoherranen (Finland) and Andrea Pokorná (Czech Republic).
This issue will focus on improving the understanding, diagnosis and management of atypical wounds, including emerging diagnostic technologies, novel treatment approaches, pathophysiological mechanisms and the impact of these wounds on patients’ quality of life.
We welcome submissions of original research, reviews, implementation reports, case series and perspective papers.
