John has over two years’ experience coordinating wound care clinical trials and has worked as a systematic review team member for seven years. He is currently in year two of the DFD PRIMO (Diabetic Foot Disease – from prevention to improved patient outcomes) program at the National University of Ireland, Galway where he is attempting to develop a clinical prediction rule for detecting biofilm in chronic wounds at the bedside.
