Beáta Grešš Halász studied nursing in Slovakia and Ireland. She worked as a surgical nurse in hospitals at home and abroad for 16 years and has been an Assistant Professor 11 years ago. She is an active publisher of scientific publications in the field of wound care, with a focus on pressure ulcers, advanced nursing practice, and wound care education. She is an active member of national and international associations focusing on wound management, and also a member of the International Wound Journal´s editorial board.
