Format of the masterclass

A EWMA Masterclass is a special education activity which provides a unique chance for interaction between renowned experts and a smaller group of participants. EWMA Masterclasses aim to advance clinical competency in wound management as well as promote comprehensive learning. The concept of the EWMA masterclasses was developed by the EWMA Education Committee, and the first masterclass was organized in 2019 on Oxygen Therapies by Dr. Kirsi Isoherranen and Dr. Jürg Traber.  It attracted a dedicated group of health care practitioners and industry representatives from all over the world in Gothenburg, Sweden.

  • All registered participants for the Masterclass are invited to make an oral presention of a patient case related to the topic of atypical wounds.
  • Participants will be contacted upon their completed registration regarding patient case presentations.
  • Best case presentation is awarded with a free registration for the EWMA 2022 Conference.
