Dorothee Ann-Kathrin Busch, Dermatology Resident, Department of Dermatology, University Hospital Erlangen, Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg, Germany; Health Informatics Research Group, Osnabrück University, Germany 

Anika Fourie, Postdoctoral Researcher in Skin Integrity and Wound Care, Ghent University & Ghent University Hospital, Belgium 

The candidates will now embark on a tailored programme designed to strengthen their leadership skills and engagement in the future of wound care.
