JA-CHRODIS organised a workshop at the European Parliament on 28 November. The workshop had a specific focus on good practices in diabetes management that have been collected by JA-CHRODIS partners and the launch of the CHRODIS Platform.

As a JA-CHRODIS partner EWMA has previously contributed to the publication "Overview of national or sub-national policies and programs on prevention and management of diabetes" :

JA-CHRODIS calls for action to prevent and reduce the burden of chronic disease by making better use of existing knowledge within EU Member States on effective and efficient ways to promote health and manage cardiovascular disease, stroke and type-2 diabetes.
