Basic rental includes:
- Exhibition space (floor space only: shell scheme, furniture, carpet, and other furnishings are not included)
- One conference bag with the conference guide
- Company information in the exhibitor directory on the website and in the conference app
- One exhibitor badge for every 4,5 sqm. of exhibition space. Exhibitor registration allows access to the exhibition area, and does not include entry to the scientific programme.
- Early build-up access is included for stands bigger than +25 sqm
Terms of Payment
- Booking form signed by August 31, 2026: 25% payable 14 days after signature. The remaining 75% due for payment in January 2027.
- Booking form signed from September 1, 2026: 100% payable 14 days after signature.
An invoice will be issued once your space allocation has been confirmed and we have received this booking form. All payments must be received before the start date of the conference. Should the sponsor fail to complete payments prior to the commence of the conference, the organizer will be entitled to cancel the reservation while cancellation will be subject to cancellation fees as determined.
All prices quoted are net prices excl. VAT. The legally required VAT will be included upon billing.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations by December 31, 2026: 25% cancellation fee will occur.
- Cancellations from 1 January 2027 are non-refundable and require 100% payment of the stated amount.
A Shell Scheme package can be purchased in addition to the floor space.
