Session title: Technological Trends in Wound Healing
Session objectives:
The main objective of this session is to present currently used advanced wound healing technologies, including skin substitutes, VAC therapy devices, incisional preventive negative pressure therapy, lipofilling, stem cells, etc.
Many of these devices, in the right hands, can now be helpfully used in order to prevent complications and to reach outstanding results, improving healing and patients satisfaction.
About the ESPRAS:
National societies of plastic surgery from around the world are affiliated with the umbrella organisation, International Confederation for Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery, or IPRAS. The aim of this organisation is to promote plastic surgery both scientifically and clinically, to further education and to encourage friendships among physicians from around the world.
