EWMA 2019: Translational Science and Clinical Opportunities (for clinicians): Basic Science Key Session

Objectives

Translational science aims to accelerate the process of moving research discoveries from the laboratory into healthcare practices. Scientific and organizational roadblocks can act as obstacles along the path of translation and ultimately reduce for the patients the accessibility to new and more effective treatments. This session will provide up to date information on the  experiences successful in moving research findings towards improving patient and health system outcomes.
