EWMA Document Presentation: Atypical Wounds: Best Clinical Practices and Challenges

Objectives

The session will be the launching session of the EWMA document “Atypical wounds: Best Clinical Practices and Challenges”. An overview of the prevalence and spectrum of atypical wounds will be presented, and the focus will be on pyoderma gangrenosum, calciphylaxis and Martorell ulcers and tumour wounds. The latest guidelines on diagnosis and treatment will be presented, and clinical pictures will be included.
