Payment and cancellation policy

Payment must accompany the registration and be processed within the appropriate deadline. We accept the following methods of payment:

•    Credit Card – We accept Visa or MasterCard

•    By bank transfer – payment due upon receipt of invoice

IMPORTANT: Please remember to state invoice number on all money transfers to the EWMA Secretariat.
Registered participants who are unable to attend the conference must forward a written cancellation (by email) to the EWMA Secretariat registration@ewma.org.

Refund of the registration fee (minus EUR 50 for administration costs) will be granted if notification of cancellation reaches the EWMA Secretariat in writing before 23 April 2017.
After this date, cancellations will not be refunded.

Refunds by bank transfer or to a credit card will be processed after the conference. No refunds will be granted in case of no show.


Name changes received prior to the late registration deadline (23 April 2017) are free of charge. After this date, a handling fee of EUR 25 will be charged for each name change. All name changes should be sent in writing to the EWMA Secretariat, registration@ewma.org.
