Industry Collaboration

EWMA has established a strong collaboration with the industry, which is considered an important partner in the dissemination of knowledge about wound healing and wound management.

The industrial partners contribute with expertise and knowledge, through educational grants and through sponsor agreements that entail a considerable financial contribution to the many projects EWMA carries out.

Ethical guidelines
While EWMA is interested in maintaining a positive collaboration/dialogue with all companies who have an interest in wound healing and wound management, it is important to stress that EWMA always maintains its status as an independent non-profit organisation. Any advice, comments or criticisms that are offered by the industry will be reviewed by the academic and clinical partners in the organisation.
